This is a podcast featuring an inspiring Global Mountain Tribe Member (GMTM) who isn't instafamous, or sponsored. Finding himself significantly heavier than he is currently, he decided to stop simply admiring the mountains and to go running in them. This evolved into Mountain Running and he hasn't looked back. Discussions in this episode include finding the right motivation, training partners, the community of mountain running and why 32 is never to last to start crushing peaks.
